Bailey's Brownies.

Honestly, if you all knew me, I would have just left this post exactly how the title shows it. I feel that I shouldn't have to say anything. Instead, I'm more than willing to talk about the sweet concoction of Baileys Irish Creme Liqueur and fudge brownies. I should just get up, and walk away from my computer right now.

BUUUUUUUUUT...

Let's not be boring here. So I was with my lady friend today and we decided to bake because when it comes to the kitchen that is as far as we go unless its me going to the liquor cabinet making my own new shot. Frankly, I don't give two shits about baking, but it was something to do on a windy January in Buffalo so here goes. We went to our local Rite Aid and found brownie mix (also, the last time I had a brownie let's just say it wasn't filled with just your typical saturated fats and coco beans. we used a bit of the earth to get the sweetness rolling. Anything less than that, I really wasn't interested in and would rather well, have sex). So we get to my place and start the preparation. As we start to make the batter I jokingly tell my friend "haha wouldn't it be funny if we put baileys in the brownies?" she simply says " you probably can just look into it"

I find a recipe...
Immediately I yell "It can be done!"
Now, being the little baker she is, she looks at my smartphone and follows the directions. It said to only add 1/4 cup of baileys...... I did not approve. So being the drunk I am I grab the bottle and pour more and she just gives me that look.....

I laugh and continue to do it anyway, I mean baileys and chocolate is always a win. Why else do you think they make chocolate shot glasses? Let's be real.

So after everything the brownies come out moist and perfect and probably after four pieces, you're gonna have a full belly, and a bit of a buzz. Another plus that my phenomenal friend thinks of is cooking marshmallows over the brownies.

Baileys

Marshmallows.

This has been a post.

Cool fact: Baileys almost has the expiration date like cereal. I'm not saying that I have extra Baileys around that long, but it is reassuring.
